History The history of the business began in 1993, when the trade company “importer” was created. In 1995 - logistics department was formed in structure of the trade company. At the end 2000 the idea appeared to create a company, the main business is integrated logistics. In 2001, within the framework of work on strategic planning the model of Integrated Logistics Systems was created and the logistics department was transferred to independent business - Integrated Logistics Systems was formed, and later on it acquired a name MAXILOG.
